Pricing Policy

Prices and delivery costs displayed on the website do not include VAT. Local sales taxes may apply depending on your location. Prices and delivery costs are subject to change from time to time. Please note that prices may also differ between our website and any physical retail locations.

Delivery charges are not included in the product prices. For more information about delivery costs, please refer to our Shipping section.

Promotions and/or discounts may not be combined with other offers, discounted items, or product bundles unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and related policies based on market conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. We accept payment via authorized third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

If your payment is declined or fails for any reason, your order may be delayed or canceled. Please ensure that your payment information is accurate and that your selected payment method has sufficient funds.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inventory shortages or disruptions in shipping caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics like COVID-19, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control), we reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any orders placed through the Site.

We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If your order is modified or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, available on the Site. Non-Shipping timeframes are categorized by shipping methods (e.g., Economy, Standard, Selected, etc), and will be clearly indicated during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy. Customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

We do not accept returns on Final Sale items, including promotional and discounted items. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements. 

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and design elements, is the property of Mono.M or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, display, or distribute any Site content without our prior written consent.

Defective products

If you were to receive a defective product, please reach out to us at CustomerService@Monom.club. Please include a description of the deficiency and if possible, a picture. If we consider the item defective we will either replace the defective product or provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs.

Resale Policy

Products purchased from monom.club are intended for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on monom.club, you confirm that your purchase is for personal use and agree to comply with our Terms & Conditions.

Please note that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders without providing detailed reasons.
