Shipping Policy

Where we ship

All of our orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in New Jersey, U.S. While we're unable to serve Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international locations at this time, we're actively working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Please note that we're currently unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our services to better meet your needs.

Processing and delivery times

We aim to process all orders within 12 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on Friday, weekends, or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your package is on its way, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose:

  • Standard: 4-8 business days
  • Premium: 2-3 business days

The estimated delivery time starts after your order is processed and does not include delays from payment checks or stock availability.

Please note: Shipping method availability may vary depending on location. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.Delivery time begins once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Processing time is not included in the transit estimate.

💌 How to Start

Please email us at order@monom.club within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a short note about why you'd like to return or exchange. We’ll get back to you within 7 business days and guide you through the next steps with care.

📅 14-Day Return Window

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After this window, we’re unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for that order.

📦 Shipping Deadline

Once your request is approved and you receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), please make sure to ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days.
If we don’t receive the return notification within that timeframe, Mono.M reserves the right to cancel the return or exchange. The order will no longer be eligible for return or exchange after cancellation.

🔄 Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Used items are not eligible for return and exchange.

If you decide to return an item:

  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made through monom.club.
  • We do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • The original shipping cost, even if your order qualified for free shipping.
  • The return shipping cost to send the item(s) back to us.

These shipping fees will be deducted from your refund total. Please consider this carefully before submitting your request.

💫 Exchanges

If you’d like to make an exchange:

We're pleased to offer free return shipping labels for all exchange requests as part of our service commitment. However, the shipping fee for sending the new item back to you will be the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a secure payment link via official email to cover the new shipping fee. As soon as the payment is complete, your replacement will be on its way. We appreciate your understanding and support as a small brand, this helps us maintain fair and transparent pricing for everyone.

Upon acceptance of returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days with email confirmation.
  • Contact your card issuer for refund posting timelines.
  • Approved exchanges will be shipped based on stock availability.

All items marked as Final Sale (including discounted or promotional items) are not eligible for return or exchange. We kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before completing checkout, as we won’t be able to offer after-sale adjustments on these items.

In such cases, we’ll reach out to you by email. If you’d like the item returned to you, we’ll gladly help arrange the reshipment at your expense.
